Using iPads for Board Communication
Submitted by the Colorado PGA
Summary: Most Sections have created the large three-rind binder filled with everything a Section Board Member could possibly need, and watched the original documents become obsolete before the first Board Meeting. Most have experienced the frustration of sending the crucial advance material that make meetings productive by overnight carrier or regular mail and have Board Members never receive the package. Or worse, the package arrives two days after the meeting. The Colorado Section made an investment in iPads for each member of their Board to solve these challenges and expedite the essential communication necessary to conduct the business of the Section.
